CUIROMA GROUP SARL is responsible for the full design process, 100% handmade production, and quality control of genuine leather products made in the traditional workshops of the Medina of Fes (Morocco), as well as the management of the website www.cuiroma.com, customer service, and international shipping in partnership with DHL Express and FedEx.
Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified payment service providers.
ARTICLE 2 — BUSINESS ACTIVITY
Cuiroma Group is a Moroccan company specialized in the creation and production of genuine leather goods, entirely handmade in the ancestral workshops of the Medina of Fes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Each piece is crafted by master artisans using traditional Fassi techniques, combining ancestral know-how with international quality standards. Our products are sold to both B2C and B2B customers worldwide via www.cuiroma.com and major international marketplaces.
ARTICLE 3 — ORDERS, PAYMENTS & INVOICING
All orders placed on www.cuiroma.com are processed and shipped by CUIROMA GROUP SARL from its workshops in Fes.
Online payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS certified payment service providers.
No banking data is stored by CUIROMA GROUP SARL.
Invoices are issued by CUIROMA GROUP SARL and available upon request at contact@cuiroma.com.
ARTICLE 4 — INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING
CUIROMA GROUP SARL manages the entire shipping process in partnership with DHL International Priority and FedEx Express.
All orders are shipped directly from the workshops in the Medina of Fes to the customer’s address via door-to-door express delivery.
Delivery is available to more than 150 countries worldwide.
All parcels may be insured for international transport.
Any customs duties and import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient according to their country’s regulations.
