Cuiroma Group ships its handcrafted creations worldwide via premium international express transport services, among the most reliable in the world.
Our main logistics partners are:
FedEx International Priority, DHL Express, and in some cases UPS Express.
In about 90% of shipments, packages are delivered via FedEx Express Priority, our main partner.
In some logistical cases or depending on the destination, your package may also be shipped by DHL Express or UPS Express.
This is completely normal and does not affect the quality of service or delivery speed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping fees start from 24 EUR, depending on the destination and weight of the package.
The exact rate is provided to you at the time of order confirmation, before any payment.
Processing & Shipping Times
At Cuiroma, each product is handcrafted upon receiving your order.
This is not a stock product, nor a factory product, nor an imported product.
It is a custom creation made by 4 to 5 artisans specialized in the workshops of the Medina of Fez.
The manufacturing and processing time is 1 to 8 working days in most cases.
This time may be extended up to 20 days during certain times of the year, notably:
- Aïd Al Adha
- Aïd Al Fitr
- Traditional holiday periods for artisans
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email to track your package in real-time until it reaches your address.
Change of Delivery Address
You can change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
The change is possible to any country in the world.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier and the tracking number is generated, no changes can be made.

If you have not received your order after 15 to 20 days, it does not mean it is lost.
